NVIRAWRAP marine piling protection

ENVIRAWRAP is a physical passive corrosion protection system for pilings of inshore and offshore marine infrastructures, such as piers, docks, bridges and offshore platforms, intended to last for the entire life cycle of the structures themselves.

It consists of only one-piece installation, elastomeric reinforced wrap, including a sealing layer which is impregnated with anti-corrosion and hydrophobic gel.

ENVIRAWRAP is installed by induced-tension through the simple tightening of appropriate bolts, obtaining a permanent hoop tension which keeps the wrap firmly in place and perfectly adherent to the surface of the structure to be protected, eliminating residual moisture.

As same as for maintenance operations that are also fast: the simple temporary reopening of the wrap makes subsequent inspections possible.
